Negotiation Whisperer Ltd
I specialise in evidence-based negotiation strategies for professional women, drawing on 25+ years across banking, consulting, and tech entrepreneurship.
I've negotiated from multiple perspectives: as an employee at Barclays and Oliver Wyman, as a tech startup co-founder, and as a leader in both corporate and entrepreneurial contexts. Despite earning my INSEAD MBA with distinction, where I pursued every available negotiation course, I consistently walked away from negotiations feeling undervalued.
Years later, frustrated by this pattern, I returned to the research and discovered the evidence that women face a much higher risk of backlash when acting assertively within negotiations, particularly around compensation. The solution isn't to settle for less, but to negotiate differently: using relational framing and leveraging strengths in empathy, collaboration, and creativity to secure the outcomes we deserve.
Now I take a holistic approach, combining negotiation tactics with mindset and confidence-building. I help professional women master the strategic framing and emotional resilience required to negotiate effectively while maintaining relationships and credibility. My work sits at the intersection of negotiation science, gender research, mindset development, and practical application across diverse professional contexts.

Senior Cybersecurity Associate
Yemurai Rabvukwa is a Senior Cybersecurity Associate (Former Lloyds Banking group employee), Keynote Speaker, and Careers Strategist. Faced with questions like “Do I really belong here?” and “Am I a fraud?”, she chose to confront these thoughts head-on. This journey led to the creation of her ACT Framework, designed to tame the “imposter monster” and help individuals face FEAR with confidence.
Amazon
Here’s something most leaders don’t realize, your employees are connected to ten times more people on LinkedIn than your company page, and when they share content, it performs 561% better than corporate posts.
Now imagine this: your company has a thousand employees.
That’s not a workforce, that’s a thousand micro-influencers, each with their own stage, their own audience, and their own voice.
The only question is: are they silent or are they telling your story?”.
That’s the power of employee advocacy.
I’m Yvonne Boateng, international speaker, recognised employee advocacy strategist and LinkedIn trainer and coach. I’ve partnered with organisations including Amazon, Panasonic, standard chartered bank, bp, credit Suisse and more to deliver programmes that strengthen confidence, presence, and behavioural change.
As a former LinkedIn employee, I worked with clients to help them use the platform to achieve their business goals. And what I saw time and time again was that people outperform brands. And when you have a piece of tech to supercharge this, that is a huge competitive advantage.
