Akua Opong, has over 15 years of experience in the financial and tech industries. As a Chartered IT Professional with the British Computer Society, she is a recognised thought leader in social impact, CSR, ESG, accessibility, inclusion, and gender equality.

A prominent UK advocate, Akua champions women in tech, neurodiversity (ADHD/Dyslexia), accessibility, mental health, and social mobility. As a STEM ambassador, she advances women in STEM. She has been a UN Women UK Digital Participant since 2023. Her leadership extends to charity roles as a Non-Executive Director, Fellow of the British Computer Society and the Royal Society of Arts.

Alison Pain joined Northern Trust in January 2020 and is International Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Global Technology Services covering EMEA and APAC. She also holds a regulatory role as part of the Senior Managers Regime (SMF24) acting as the technology interface into the PRA and FCA. She is an Executive Vice President and member of the EMEA Executive Management Committee based in London.

As International CTO she is responsible for helping develop and drive the Technology strategy across EMEA and APAC whilst ensuring Business requirements and strategy are understood and delivered. In Q3 2025 she was interim CISO and continues as program director for Fortify a multi-year, circa $200MM cyber security program. Alison has more than 25 years of experience in senior leadership roles with UK Financial Services organisations across both Infrastructure and Application Development teams. Before joining Northern Trust, Alison spent 4 years at Deutsche Bank where she was a Managing Director, and 11 years at Goldman Sachs where she was an EVP and Senior Engineer. Prior to Goldman Sachs she worked at other financial service organisations, including Barclays and NatWest.

She is an active supporter of diversity and inclusion, sponsoring a number of global LGBT+ events and was named as an LGBT Executive Ally by 'LGBT Great' in 2023 and 2024. Kristina V. Dorville is the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for Northern Trust. In this role, she is responsible for establishing and maintaining the CRC Group enterprise information security vision, strategy, and program to help protect company information assets, data, and technologies.

Prior to this role, Kristina was the CISO at CRC Group Insurance and led the divestiture from Truist Bank, building the first standalone security program for the company. Previous to that, Kristina was the Head of Information Security Governance, Readiness, and Cyber Risk Standards at AIG where she oversaw governance, board reporting, and regulatory engagement. She was also responsible for cyber readiness activities to include exercises, training, and the global cybersecurity awareness and phish testing program. In addition, she served as the primary liaison to AIG’s Global Cyber Insurance practice and was responsible for identifying and developing cyber risk standards, best practices, and strategies around technology and cybersecurity with the goal of improving underwriting efforts. Prior to joining AIG, Kristina was Senior Vice President for Information Security and Cyber Policy at Wells Fargo.
